Daqiconcept Jingoo Bluetooth Speaker & Light – Aqua Blue Porcelain Bird

A porcelain songbird in a cage that really sings: the Daqiconcept Jingoo is a cordless Bluetooth speaker and ambient light in one sculptural piece.

Jingoo pairs a hand-finished porcelain bird in Aqua Blue with a fine metal cage and wood base. The Aqua Blue bird is a soft sky blue that stands out against the brass-tone cage. Music streams over Bluetooth to a two-way speaker hidden in the design, and a soft ambient light glows from within the bird at three brightness levels. A rechargeable battery gives 15+ hours of music and light.

Best for

Living rooms, bedrooms, dining tables and terraces where you want background music and mood light without a black box on display.

Who this is not for

If you want loud party volume, deep bass or true stereo, choose a dedicated speaker; Jingoo is a 5 W mono design made for atmosphere. Not suitable for young children.

Why we carry it

We've been curating design-led pieces since 2009, and Jingoo is rare: a speaker you would display even if it were silent. Daqiconcept's name means "precious, good things take time," and its designers pair traditional porcelain craft with modern audio.

Buy once: durability and care

Handle the porcelain bird with care; it can chip if dropped. Our suggestion for cleaning: dust the cage and wipe the bird with a soft, dry cloth.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the Jingoo Aqua Blue play on a charge?

Its 4800 mAh Li-ion battery is rated for 15+ hours of music and light, so it can go cordless through an evening or a weekend.

How far can my phone be from the Jingoo?

Jingoo uses Bluetooth 4.0 with a range of about 30 feet (10 m), so your phone can stay in your pocket across most rooms.

How big is the Daqiconcept Jingoo?

About 7 inches wide and deep and 11 inches tall, the size of a small table lamp.

Is the Jingoo a stereo speaker?

It is a mono two-way design: a 45 mm woofer in the base bounces sound off the ceramic tail, a 23.5 mm tweeter sits in the bird, and a 1800 Hz crossover keeps them from overlapping. With 5 W of power it fills a room with background music; it is not a party speaker.

Can children use the Jingoo?

Daqiconcept states Jingoo is not a toy, has small parts and is recommended for ages 12 and up.

Where is the Jingoo made?

It is designed and made in Taiwan; the porcelain bird is molded and fired in traditional kilns.

Other colors

Jingoo is also available in Ivory White.
