Best Rooms and Placement

As a ceiling light, Medusa suits a hallway, a bedroom or above a small dining table, where its 15.7 in (40 cm) disc reads as a feature. On a wall, mount it on a stairwell, beside a bed, or above a console for a single bright note. Choose terracotta or mustard to warm a white room, and black or blue for a moodier one. In hospitality work, a series along a corridor makes a clear visual rhythm.

Planning Notes

• Have a qualified electrician install and wire it; it is a hardwired fixture.
• The spec sheet states the lamp is supplied without a switch, so plan wall switching.
• Voltage is listed as 100-240 V; your electrician should confirm compatibility with a dimmer.

Who This Is Not For

• Bathrooms and outdoor spaces: it is IP20, for dry indoor rooms only.
• Replacing the light source later: the COB LED is integrated.
• A very low ceiling: it projects 6.7 in (17 cm).

Care

Our advice: with the power off, wipe the glass with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

Why We Carry It

Medusa is the kind of fixture we look for when a client wants color and character, not just output. The warm dimming and strong color rendering make it a performer as well as a sculpture.
