Best for

Best for extending a TOV Cali sofa or sectional into a lounger, or as a stand-alone footrest. As a footrest, aim for a top within 1–2" of your sofa or chair seat height, set about 14–18" from the seat edge (our advice).

Who this is not for

• Anyone pairing it with a much higher or lower seat: it stands 21" tall, and a footrest feels best within 1–2" of the seat it serves (our advice).
• Anyone who needs more than the 550 lb weight capacity TOV lists.
• Homes with tight doorways, stair turns or small elevators: it arrives fully assembled, and the box measures 40.9"W x 40.2"D x 18.9"H.
• Outdoor use: this is indoor furniture; TOV makes separate outdoor ottomans.

Why we carry it

We've been curating design-led furniture since 2009, and TOV Furniture earns its place with a wide range of fabrics and colors at a real-home scale. We are an authorized TOV seller, and every option listed here carries TOV's own item number and UPC, so you can check exactly what you are buying.

Buy once: durability and care

Built with performance upholstery and fabric TOV lists as easy-clean. TOV's care advice: blot spills right away with a clean, dry cloth (rubbing can push a stain deeper), vacuum with an upholstery attachment, keep the ottoman out of direct sun to limit fading, and test any cleaner on a hidden spot first. TOV also notes that, depending on the fabric, some pilling or crushing of the pile can occur over time.
