PLANTO is made of 18/8 brushed stainless steel with a looping U-shaped handle and a long spout that reaches past leaves to the soil. The 1-liter (34 oz) can is 10.25" long, 4.4" wide and 7.5" high with a 7" spout and a fine 1/4" opening; the 1.5-liter (51 oz) can is 12.6" long and 7.25" high with a 7.5" spout and a 1/2" opening. Both have a 2.5" fill opening.

The designer: Nina Thöming

Nina Thöming (born 1984) is an industrial designer at Flöz Design, a German studio with a long partnership with blomus. She starts from research into how people actually use a space, then shapes objects that solve that need quietly. Her blomus work runs from the SONO and MODO bath lines and PILAR tableware to outdoor pieces such as SPIRIT, CALMA and PLANTO.
