This is the Besa Lighting Wish 2-light vanity light, teardrop-shaped glass shades on a black stamped-steel plate. It measures 12.25" wide x 11.5" high x 6.5" deep, with each shade 3.125 inches across and 6.375 inches high. It installs to a standard 4-inch octagonal outlet box and, per Besa, mounts to the wall only, with the glass oriented upward or downward as you prefer.

Wish is a teardrop-shaped blown glass shade in Black hardware. The clear glass is contemporary yet timeless and shimmers around the light source; Amber/Clear, Blue/Clear and Smoke/Clear add a tint to the same teardrop. The exposed filament-style lamp is part of the look, so the lamp you choose shows.
