Pera 6 is the small, 12V member of Besa Lighting’s Pera family: a curvy bell-bottomed glass shade 4.5 inches across and 6.5 inches high that fits easily into contemporary rooms. Every shade is hand-blown by artisans using century-old techniques, so pattern and size vary a little from piece to piece. Amber Cloud is made by rolling molten glass in brown frit, so warm tones from light gold to deep amber float between an opal inner layer and a clear glossy outer layer.

This version has a flat canopy and its own 60W dimmable electronic transformer, which fits partly inside the ceiling box. Choose the incandescent version, which comes with a 50W max GY6.35 bi-pin lamp, or the LED version with a 5W replaceable source included (550 lumens, 3000K, CRI 90+).

Switch off and let the glass cool, then wipe it with a soft cloth lightly misted with glass cleaner (spray the cloth, not the fixture) and dry the metal right away (our advice). Both lamps are replaceable. Have a licensed electrician install it with an ELV dimmer.
