This is the Besa Lighting Optos wall sconce. It measures 5" wide x 5" high x 5.25" deep. Installs directly to a 4" junction box.

Optos is an accent sconce with two domed lenses on a unit that swivels 359 degrees where it meets the canopy, so you can aim the light. The lenses are Clear or Frost, in three combinations, on a Chrome or Brushed Aluminum canopy. Lamping: 40W G9 bi-pin halogen lamp, included; suited to open fixtures. LED: 5W replaceable LED source, 120V, dimmable, 90+ CRI, 3000K, 450 lumens, 25,000 hours, lamp included.
