This is the Besa Lighting Lava 3-light vanity light. It measures 23" wide x 8" high x 6.5" deep. It is for wall mounting.

Lava is named for the molten look of its glass: random swirls of red, brown and orange tones, with effervescent bubbling through the glass. Each shade is different, so a vanity of three is a set of siblings, not twins. Lamping on the standard version: 1 x 60W maximum A19 medium (E26) base lamp per light, not included; dims with a standard incandescent dimmer (not included). LED version: 9W replaceable LED source per light, included; 800 lumens per light, 3000K, CRI 90+, rated 30,000 hours, dimmable. The photos show the Lava itself. Buy once: durability and care

With the power off and the glass cool, wipe it with a soft cloth lightly misted with glass cleaner (spray the cloth, not the fixture), and dust the metal parts with a dry microfiber cloth (our advice). Lamps are replaceable, and installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.
