This is the Besa Lighting Jilly 2-light vanity light. It measures 15" wide x 7.5" high x 7.5" deep. It is for wall mounting.

Jilly is a contemporary bath design in a transparent globe of glass with a vapor-like pattern that partly conceals the inner portion of the shade. The light source sits inside the glass, so the vapor pattern plays against it. The decors are Vapor Amber, Vapor Clear and Vapor Smoke. Lamping on the standard version: 1 x 60W maximum A15 medium (E26) base lamp per light, not included; dims with a standard incandescent dimmer (not included). Besa photographs this glass on its 3-light fixture, so the photos here show that version; the glass is the same on the 2-light. Buy once: durability and care

With the power off and the glass cool, wipe it with a soft cloth lightly misted with glass cleaner (spray the cloth, not the fixture), and dust the metal parts with a dry microfiber cloth (our advice). Lamps are replaceable, and installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.
