The Vallvé story
Vallvé was founded in São Paulo in 1962 by Josep Maria Sedó Vallvé, who came to Brazil from the Priorat region of Catalonia and developed his own machinery and techniques for working resin with metal, wood and acrylic. Its first showroom, Cristal Banho, opened in 1978; in the 1990s his son Pedro Sedó took over and Vallvé became the leader in luxury bath accessories in Brazil. The Gloss line launched in 2002, and since 2003 Vallvé has won the Top of Mind Casa & Mercado award in the bathroom boutique category.
