Neil Poulton (born 1963 in Scotland) is an industrial designer based in Paris who focuses on simple, technology-driven objects for everyday use.

Best for

Bedside reading, hallways, living rooms and offices; anywhere floor and table space is tight.

Who this is not for

• Anyone expecting a bulb in the box: the bulb versions take · 150W max and the bulb is not included.
• Bathrooms, showers, covered porches or outdoor spaces: it is rated IP20 for dry indoor locations.
• Renters or anyone without an electrician: it is hardwired to a junction box.
• Anyone who needs it soon when choosing a special-order option: those are ordered from Italy and take 10–16 weeks.

Care

Our advice: switch off and let it cool, then dust with a soft dry microfiber cloth. Avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners on painted and anodized aluminum. Artemide does not publish separate care instructions.

How long will the Talo Wall Light take to arrive?

It depends on the option: standard delivery options leave Artemide's warehouse in 2–4 weeks; special order from italy options leave Artemide's warehouse in 10–16 weeks, plus transit time. The item list at the end of this page shows each option's lead time, and we email the confirmed ship date after you order. Because special-order pieces are made in Italy just for you, they can't be changed or cancelled once we place the order with Artemide. We're always happy to double-check the finish and options with you before you buy.

Can the Talo Wall Light be dimmed?

Artemide lists the control as: Dimmable 0-10V, Dimmable 2-Wire (Tu-wire) or Dimmable 2-Wire. For hardwired versions, use a dimmer that matches the dimming type listed in the spec sheet.
