• Dining tables and islands: the up light keeps the ceiling from going dark.

Frequently asked questions

What do the letters A, B, C and D mean?

They are Pablo's names for the four Totem glass shade profiles, listed in descending size: A is the largest and D the smallest. Up/down pendants and table lamps combine two shades, for example "CB" is a C shade with a B shade.

Which shade is on top?

The first letter is the upper shade and the second is the lower shade.

Does it light the ceiling?

Yes. About 400 of its 1,800 lumens go up, so the ceiling glows softly.

What does "dim to warm" mean?

At full brightness Totem glows a 2700K warm white; as you dim it, the light shifts toward a candle-like 2200K, the way an incandescent bulb does.

Which dimmer should I use?

Pablo lists the Totem pendants and flush mounts as compatible with TRIAC/ELV dimmers, with 0–10V and DALI available on request.

Can the LED be replaced?

The LED is integrated rather than a screw-in bulb and is rated for 50,000 hours, about 17 years at 8 hours a day.
