The Small is 3.5" high and 3.1" across and burns about 18 hours; the Large is 4.3" × 3.9" and burns about 35 hours. Choose Mora in Moonbeam marble (vanilla with lavender and myrrh), Tonga in Sharkskin marble (citrus over herbal pine wood), Agave in Magnet marble (bitter citrus, clove, patchouli and ylang-ylang), Fig in Tan marble (fresh, calming fig) or Cotton Island in travertine (lily of the valley, a squeeze of lemon and white musk). A matching stone lid seals in the scent, and the empty vessel makes a handsome storage jar.

The design: studio blomus

studio blomus is the in-house design team at the blomus headquarters in Sundern, Germany. It develops many of the brand’s home pieces, from furniture and textiles to home fragrance, drawing on the company’s own design know-how that goes back to 1961.

It began in 1921 making bicycle parts, moved into copper, brass, pewter and stainless-steel design pieces in 1961, and has worked under the blomus name since 2000.
