This is the cord-hung Besa Lighting Mia, a 12-volt mini pendant with a classical bell shape. Mia is a classic bell built to throw light well. Its Cloud decors are multi-layered blown glass: bits of colored frit sit between an opal inner layer and a clear glossy outer layer, so every shade has its own character. Opal Matte and Carrera are the quiet whites; Honey, Habanero, Magma, Marble Grigio and the Blue, Amber and Red Cloud decors add color. The glass measures 5 inches across and 4.5 inches high. It hangs on a 10-foot field-adjustable coaxial cord with a Teflon jacket in a tint that matches the finish, under a flat canopy; you trim the cord to your drop at installation, and the canopy installs to a standard 4-inch octagonal box and suits sloped ceilings.

Choose Opal Matte, Amber Cloud, Carrera, Blue Cloud, Habanero, Honey, Magma, Marble Grigio or Red Cloud. It runs on 12 volts with a 60-watt transformer included, and dimming needs an ELV dimmer (not included). Choose the LED version (a 5W dimmable source is included) or the halogen version, which takes one 50W maximum GY6.35 bipin T-shape lamp. Buy once: durability and care

With the power off and the glass cool, wipe it with a soft cloth lightly misted with glass cleaner (spray the cloth, not the fixture). Dust the cord and canopy with a dry cloth (our advice). Installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.
