Seat frame and base finishes

The Tiger Mini Wire Stool pairs the compact Tiger seat with an all-wire base whose continuous runners double as the footrest, so the whole stool is drawn in thin steel lines. It is airy enough for a small kitchen and sturdy enough for a cafe, and five base colors, including white and bone, make it easy to match light cabinetry. The lower counter seat suits standard 36 in kitchen counters. Choose a black, chrome or brass seat frame and a removable faux leather or PPM-FR pad.

• At 18 in wide, plan about 22 in of counter per stool.
• Base and seat frame finishes are chosen separately.
• Only the gold base carries a surcharge.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.

Counter or bar height?

The counter stool has a 24 in seat for 35 to 36 in counters; the bar stool has a 29.5 in seat for 40 to 42 in bar tops.

Which base colors are there?

Chrome, black, white, bone and gold.

Is the footrest part of the base?

Yes. The wire runners include a footrest rail in the same welded frame.

How does it compare with the full-size Tiger Wire stool?

The Mini seat is 18 in wide against 21 in, and the stool is lighter-looking and fits more per counter.

Why do the prices differ?

A black powder-coated seat frame costs less than chrome or brass, and the gold base costs more than the other colors.

Can it go outdoors?

A black frame and black base can take the cataphoresis anti-corrosion coating with an outdoor fabric pad. Plated finishes cannot. Ask us before ordering.
