Seat upholstery. Faux leather is the entry option. PPM is a polyurethane performance leather. The off white seat is a boucle fabric, Camira Blazer is a woven wool contract fabric, and the black seat is genuine leather. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.

Leg finishes

The Soho Metal armchair is a fully upholstered, boxy armchair on four slim steel legs, built for dining rooms and restaurants that want the comfort of arms without the bulk of a lounge chair. The low, squared arms support your elbows at the table, and the plastic-tipped legs come in chrome, brushed stainless steel or black powder coat. Seat, back and arms share a steel frame with S-shaped springs in molded foam, finished with a removable Velcro slipcover so the upholstery can be replaced. With 20 seat colors, it suits Modern, Transitional and Mid-Century rooms.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.

Frequently asked questions

Will the arms fit under my table?

The arms are 26.5 in high. Most dining tables have an apron 25 to 27 in from the floor, so check your table: if the apron is lower than the arms, the chair will stop at the table edge.

Which leg finishes are offered?

Chrome, brushed stainless steel and black powder coat.

Can the cover be replaced?

Yes. The upholstery is a slipcover held with Velcro, so it can be removed and replaced.

How much weight does it hold?

It is rated for 300 lb.

Why do the prices differ?

Faux leather seats cost least, PPM and boucle sit one step up, and Camira Blazer wool and genuine leather are the top tier. Stainless steel legs add a small surcharge over chrome and black.

Can I order a different fabric?

Yes. It can be made in your own material: 1.6 yd of fabric or 24.4 sq ft of leather. Contact us for customer's-own-material orders.
