Frame and Veneer. The seat and back are molded plywood with a walnut or black oak wood veneer; there is no upholstery to stain or wear.

Frame finishes

The Saba stool puts the same molded plywood seat and curved back as the Saba chair on a tall steel frame, with a welded rail low on the legs for your feet. It comes in counter and bar heights, so one look can run from a kitchen island to a bar top. The veneered seat and back wipe clean after every service, and the slim tube frame keeps a long run of stools from looking crowded. Pick walnut on black for a classic Industrial look, or gunmetal and bronze frames for a richer metal tone.

Care

Wipe the veneer seat and back with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry them straight away; do not leave standing water or wet glasses on the wood. Skip silicone polishes and abrasive pads. Wipe the steel frame with a soft, dry cloth. Wood veneer varies naturally in grain and shade from chair to chair.
