Seat upholstery. Faux leather is the entry option. PPM and PPM-FR are polyurethane performance leathers; velvet, boucle and Camira Era are upholstery fabrics. Camira Blazer is a pure new wool, and full-grain leather is the top tier. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.
Leg finishes
The Pera HB Wood builds the Pera seat into a solid wood frame whose back legs carry on above the seat to form a handle, so the stool is easy to grab, slide and tuck back under the counter. It brings natural warmth to kitchen islands, wine bars and hotel lounges where a metal stool would feel too cool. Choose ash in a walnut or wenge finish, sandblasted natural ash with a white oak tone, or solid American walnut, all with a chrome footrest, or black sandblasted ash with a brass footrest. The seat is a sprung steel frame in molded foam, under a removable Velcro slipcover.

Planning notes
- Counter (24 in seat) suits 35 to 37 in counters; Bar (29.5 in seat) suits 41 to 43 in bar tops.
- Allow about 24 in of counter per stool, and a little more behind it for the handle.
- The metal footrest takes the wear that would scuff a wood rung.
- Sandblasted ash shows an open, textured grain; the walnut and wenge finishes read smoother and darker.

Care
Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Dust the wood with a dry cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. Wood, leather and fabric vary naturally in grain and shade from piece to piece.
