Finish. Solid grade A teak in a natural finish with stainless steel folding hardware. The optional cushion uses a waterproof, fade-resistant outdoor fabric. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.

The Pedasa recliner is a deck chair in the ocean-liner tradition: a tall slatted teak back that adjusts from upright to laid-back, wide arms, and a frame that folds flat on stainless steel fittings. It sits at a normal 18 in seat height, so you can pull it up to a table for coffee and then lean back to read. Solid grade A teak with mortise and tenon joinery suits hotel pool decks as well as home patios, and it ships assembled. Add the waterproof outdoor seat cushion to make it a full-day sun chair.

Care
Grade A teak is a naturally oily, weather-resistant hardwood. Left outdoors it slowly weathers to a soft silver-grey, and the grain may rise slightly after the first few soakings. Clean it once or twice a year with a soft brush, mild soap and water; never use a power washer, which erodes the surface. Teak cannot be painted or varnished. For winter storage use a dry shed or garage, and do not move the piece straight from the cold into a heated room, as sudden changes in temperature and humidity can split the wood.
