Base finishes

The Patara Sword turns the Patara seat on a swivel, carried by four flat, blade-like steel legs that splay out from a central hub. The swivel lets diners turn toward a conversation or step out from a tight table without dragging the chair, which helps at round tables and in compact breakfast rooms. Choose the steel legs wrapped in walnut or natural veneer for a wood look with metal strength, or in black or gold for a sharper Modern finish. Add the memory swivel and the seat returns to face the table after each use, keeping a dining room or restaurant looking set.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
