Seat upholstery. Faux leather is the entry option. PPM, S-PPM and PPM-FR are polyurethane performance leathers; Camira Era, Camira Yoredale boucle and the off-white boucle are woven fabrics; Camira Blazer wool and genuine leather are the premium tier. Base finishes

The Patara Spider puts the Patara seat on a cast aluminum spider base with four curved arms and a swivel, which makes it equally at home at a dining table and at a desk. Leave it on glides for a dining room or conference table, or add the caster set to roll it like a task chair; casters raise the seat from 19 in to about 21 in. The base comes in polished aluminum, black powder coat or a brass finish. The seat is the same sprung, foam-molded Patara shell with a removable cushion and zip-on cover.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
