Leg finishes

The Patara Metal is the simplest way into the Patara shape: the winged, cupped shell and loose seat cushion on four slim chrome steel legs. The tapered chrome legs keep the chair visually light, which suits restaurant rows, banquette fronts and kitchens where a heavy wood chair would crowd the room. It is a fixed four-leg chair, so it stays put at the table and is easy to pull straight in and out. The seat is a steel frame with S-shaped springs inside molded polyurethane foam, finished with a zip-on slipcover that can be removed for cleaning or recovering.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
