Leg finishes

The Patara Ana stool raises the Patara seat to counter or bar height on four tapered steel legs, joined by a metal ring that doubles as a full-circle footrest. Walnut-veneer legs with a chrome footrest suit warm Mid-Century kitchens, while black legs with a brass or chrome footrest give a sharper, hospitality look. The ring means there is always a place for your feet, whichever way you sit at the island. The seat is a sprung steel frame in molded foam under a removable zip-on cover; the maker rates this stool for residential use.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
