The Pasha Wood is a tailored, ergonomic dining chair: a contoured upholstered seat and back on four solid wood legs, the kind of chair restaurants like Jacobs Steakhouse put to work night after night. Legs come in solid beech with a walnut, wenge or natural finish, sandblasted black ash, or solid American walnut, each tipped with screwed-on plastic caps. Add side stretchers for commercial use; they tie the legs together and lift the rating from 350 to 400 lb. The seat is a steel frame with S-shaped springs in molded polyurethane foam under a Velcro-fastened slipcover, and selected colors come as a lower Low Back version at the same price.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Dust the wood with a dry cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. Wood, leather and fabric vary naturally in grain and shade from piece to piece.

Do I need stretchers?

For homes, no. For restaurants and other commercial use, stretchers are recommended; they brace the legs and raise the rating to 400 lb.

Can the cover be replaced?

Yes. The upholstery is a slipcover held with Velcro, so it can be removed and replaced.
