Base finish

The Marsina bar stool takes the Liu Jo Living Marsina chair up to bar height: the same black metal shell with a low back, set on tall legs that draw together beneath the seat in a swallowtail outline and are tied by a footrest. The seat and back wear a soft, removable fabric cover, so a bar or kitchen island gets upholstered comfort while the cover can be lifted off for cleaning or a colour change. It is a compact stool at 17 in wide and 19 in deep, so more of them fit along a counter. Built in Italy, it is rated for 300 lb and weighs 14 lb.

Care

Remove the cover and clean it following the fabric label or with a professional fabric cleaner; vacuum it between cleanings and blot spills right away. Wipe the black metal frame and footrest with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads, which mark the finish.
