Base finish

The Istanbul Sectional is a low, wide-seated sofa with a chaise, 104.5 in long and 67.5 in deep, raised on a continuous tube of stainless steel that runs under the whole piece like a frame. The deep seat and long chaise make it a lounging sofa for family rooms, media rooms and open-plan living spaces, and the slim steel base lifts it just enough to show the floor and make the room feel larger. A solid hardwood frame carries loose, removable foam cushions, with plastic glides on the base to protect the floor. Order it in cream tweed fabric or dark grey Camira Blazer wool, with the chaise on the left or the right.

Care

Vacuum the upholstery weekly with a soft brush attachment and plump and rotate the loose cushions so they wear evenly. Blot spills straight away with a clean, damp cloth; do not rub or soak. Wipe leather with a soft, damp cloth and keep it away from radiators and strong sun. Dust the base with a dry cloth. Fabric and leather vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
