Leg finishes

Harput Star stands the square Harput armchair on four steel tube legs that splay out from a central hub, a Mid-Century stance that looks light from the side and steady from the front. The base is not a swivel; it is a fixed four-leg star, which keeps the chair solid at the table. Finishes range from black, gold and chrome to natural or walnut wood veneer over steel, and two versions add a metal ring around the legs. Adjustable leveling caps are offered for uneven floors, useful in older homes and restaurants.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
