Seat upholstery. Harput comes in five faux leathers, two PPM performance leathers, seven Camira Blazer wools and black full-grain leather. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.

Base finishes

Harput Spider puts the square Harput armchair on a cast aluminum spider base, the five-arm office-chair stance, so it swivels and stays steady on any floor. With glides it is a dining or conference armchair at a 18 in seat height; with office casters it rolls, rises to 20 in, and becomes a comfortable desk chair. Polished aluminum is the classic finish, black is understated, and brass adds warmth to a home office. The seat is built on a sprung steel frame molded in foam, far more comfortable than a typical task chair.

Who it is not for

• Users who need height adjustment or tilt: this is a fixed-height swivel
• Rooms that want wood: see Harput Pyramid Wood
• Outdoor use

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
