Seat upholstery. Faux leather is the entry seat. PPM and PPM-FR are polyurethane performance leathers, nubuck is a soft brushed fabric and the off-white boucle is a looped fabric. Camira Era is a woven contract fabric, Camira Blazer is a wool cloth, and the caramel option is full-grain Italian leather. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.

Base finishes

Gazel Spider sets the Gazel shell on a aluminum swivel base whose arms reach out low and wide like a spider's legs. It sits between a dining chair and a desk chair: at the table it turns smoothly, and with the optional office casters it rolls, which raises the seat by about 2 in for desk use. The base comes polished, in black, or in a brass finish. Under the cover is a steel frame with S-shaped springs set in molded polyurethane foam.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
