Seat upholstery. Faux leather is the entry option. PPM is a polyurethane performance leather, PPM-FR is its flame-retardant version, nubuck is a soft brushed finish and the off-white seat is a looped boucle. Camira Era is a woven contract fabric, Camira Blazer is a wool contract fabric, and the caramel seat is full-grain Italian leather. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.

Leg finishes

The Gazel MW stool is the counter and bar version of the MW base: four straight steel dowel legs with a footrest set between them, carrying the rounded Gazel seat. It is a clean, unfussy stool that works in a run of three or four at an island as well as in a restaurant, and the four finishes, black, stainless steel, walnut veneer and natural veneer, cover most kitchens. A memory swivel can be added so the seat turns for getting in and out, then settles back to face the counter. The tub seat is foam-molded around a sprung steel frame and wears a slipcover that can be taken off.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
