Seat upholstery. Faux leather is the entry option. PPM is a polyurethane performance leather, PPM-FR is its flame-retardant version, nubuck is a soft brushed finish and the off-white seat is a looped boucle. Camira Era is a woven contract fabric, Camira Blazer is a wool contract fabric, and the caramel seat is full-grain Italian leather. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.

Leg finishes

The Gazel Ana stool stands the Gazel tub seat on four slender steel legs, tied together by a metal ring under the seat and a second ring lower down that serves as the footrest. The two metal bands give the stool a tailored, jewelry-like detail that reads well along a long island or a hotel bar. Choose black legs with brass or chrome hardware, or legs wrapped in walnut veneer with chrome; plastic glides finish each foot. The seat is built on a sprung steel frame molded in polyurethane foam, with a removable slipcover.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
