Shell Color. The Uni seat and back are molded polypropylene with a faceted, quilted surface that flexes slightly as you lean back.

Frame finishes

Uni 386 lifts the quilted Uni polypropylene seat and back to bar height on a four-leg solid beech frame with a footrest rail. With a 30.3 in seat it suits 40 to 42 in bar tops in restaurants, pubs and home bars, and the wipe-clean shell shrugs off spills. Choose natural beech for a light, Scandinavian bar or walnut-stained beech for a darker, bistro look, and a shell in white, mocha, anthracite, red or turtle dove. The low back gives support without blocking the view across the counter.

Planning notes

• The 30.3 in seat suits 40 to 42 in bar tops; it is too tall for 36 in kitchen counters.
• Allow about 22 to 24 in of counter per stool.
• The footrest rail takes the most wear; walnut stain hides scuffs better than natural beech.
• Shipping: in-stock stools ship in 3 to 5 business days. If your shell color and frame combination is out of stock or on its way to our warehouse, please allow 10 to 15 weeks for it to ship.

Who it is not for

• Kitchen counters at 36 in
• Outdoor use
• Anyone who needs a swivel or adjustable height

Care

Wipe the polypropylene shell with a soft cloth and warm, soapy water, then dry; avoid solvents and abrasive pads, which dull the surface. Dust the beech frame with a dry cloth. Wood grain varies naturally.
