Seat upholstery. Faux leather and PPM-FR are wipeable polyurethane leathers, smoke grey nubuck is a soft brushed fabric, and Camira Blazer is a pure-wool contract fabric. The back shell is American walnut plywood on every color. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.

Leg finishes

The Corona Comfort Pyramid-MW is the swivel Comfort stool built for both homes and hospitality. Its four steel legs splay out from the swivel in a pyramid and are wrapped in walnut or natural wood veneer with a chrome footrest ring, or finished in black with a brass ring. Above sit the padded Comfort cushion and the American walnut plywood back, so the stool looks like wood furniture while the steel core keeps the legs slender. Use it where people turn often: islands that face a living room, chef counters, and bars built for conversation.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.

Counter or bar height?

The counter version has a 24 in seat for 35 to 37 in counters. The bar version has a 29 in seat for 40 to 42 in bar tops.

Does it swivel?

Yes. The seat swivels on a mechanism at the top of the pyramid base.

How is it different from the Corona Pyramid Comfort?

The Pyramid-MW has steel legs with a wood veneer or black finish; the Pyramid Comfort has solid wood legs and is rated for residential use only.

How much weight does it hold?

It is rated for 185 lb.

Why do the prices differ?

Faux leather, PPM-FR and nubuck seats share the lower price; Camira Blazer wool costs more. The black base with brass footrest carries a surcharge.

Can I use my own fabric?
