Seat upholstery. Faux leather and PPM-FR are wipeable polyurethane leathers, smoke grey nubuck is a soft brushed fabric, and Camira Blazer is a pure-wool contract fabric. The back shell is American walnut plywood on every color. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.

Leg finishes

The Corona Comfort PR Wood stool is the only wood-leg Corona Comfort that can be ordered with or without a memory swivel. The padded Comfort cushion and American walnut plywood back sit on the PR base: splayed solid wood legs braced by wooden stretchers, in walnut-finish beech, natural ash, wenge-finish teak, natural sungkai or solid American walnut. Add the memory swivel and the seat turns for conversation, then returns to face the counter, keeping a row of stools tidy; the mechanism raises the seat by about 1 in. Fixed or swivel, it suits Scandinavian, Japandi and warm Modern kitchens as well as restaurant counters.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Dust the wood with a dry cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. Wood, leather and fabric vary naturally in grain and shade from piece to piece.

Counter or bar height?

The counter version has a 24 in seat for 35 to 37 in counters, and the bar version a 29 in seat for 40 to 42 in bar tops. The memory swivel adds about 1 in.

What does the memory swivel do?

The seat turns freely and then returns to face forward when you stand up, so a row of stools stays aligned.
