Base finishes

Colmar wraps two padded cushions in a curved walnut veneer plywood shell, so the chair reads as warm wood from behind and soft upholstery from the front. The shell sits on four slim carbon steel legs in black, which keeps the profile light around a dining or meeting table. It is a compact chair with a low back, sized for tables where you want more seats than a tub chair allows. Choose black or bone PPM for easy wipe-clean dining, or caramel nubuck PPM for a softer, suede-like hand in a Mid-Century or Scandinavian room.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
