Base finishes

The Bottega Arm Large Office is the Bottega lounge armchair, 30 in wide with broad, sweeping arms, set on a five-star office base with tilt, swivel and casters. It brings lounge comfort to an executive office, a client lounge or a library desk, where a guest or a principal sits back rather than leans in. The A2-L aluminum base keeps the seat low, at 16 to 18 in, for a true lounge posture; the chrome, black and gold bases raise it to 19 to 22.5 in for desk use. Inside is a steel frame with S-shaped springs and molded polyurethane foam under a zip-off slipcover.

• Choose the A2-L aluminum base for a low lounge seat (16 to 18 in) or a chrome, black or gold base for desk height (19 to 22.5 in).
• At 30 in wide, allow 34 in of open width at a desk, or use it free-standing.
• Leave 36 in behind the chair to roll back and stand.
• Camira wool and boucle feel warmer for long sits; faux leather and PPM wipe clean.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
