Leg finishes

The Athena Sword gets its name from its legs: four flat, blade-like steel bars that angle out from a central swivel. Seen from the side they almost disappear, and from the front they read as a crisp, graphic X, which suits Modern and Art Deco dining rooms. The seat turns on the swivel while the legs stay put. Choose black or gold steel, or steel faced with walnut or natural wood veneer. The shell is the sprung, foam-molded Athena seat.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
