GT1500 is the largest of Santa & Cole’s GT ribboned drums, designed by Equipo Santa & Cole in 2011 for large-scale projects. Unlike the bulb-lit GT sizes, it carries an integrated LED to match its size: 78 W, 6,340 lumens, warm 2700 K light with a CRI of 90 and a 40,000-hour rated life. The cotton ribbon shade, black or natural, measures 59″ across and 29″ high; a 49.2″ translucent white disc conceals the LED and its matte black heat sink. It hangs from a round black metal canopy on a 314″ fabric-covered cable and dims with a 1–10 V control.
