Bola Disc pairs an opal glass globe with a mirror-polished disc reflector. The disc mirrors the room around it, so the fixture almost disappears and the glowing globe appears to hover. Four disc sizes run from 12" to 32", and the integrated 95 CRI LED warm-dims from 2700K to 1800K.

Room fit: where it works best

• 12"–18": bedside, reading corners and rows over an island; about 390 lumens each, so plan them as accent light.
• 22": a round dining table up to about 48", 1,100 lumens (like a 75 W bulb).
• 32": large dining tables, entries and lobbies, 1,710 lumens (like a 100 W+ bulb).
• Hanging height: about 30–36" from the tabletop to the bottom of the globe.

Placement guidance is our general design rule of thumb, not a Pablo specification.

Who this is not for

• Not the brightest option at small sizes: the 12" and 18" give about 390 lumens, so pair them with other light in a kitchen.
• Not for outdoor or wet locations: Pablo does not list a damp or wet rating.
• The large mirrored disc shows fingerprints and dust more than a matte shade; expect a quick wipe now and then.

Frequently asked questions

Which disc size should I choose?

Roughly: 12"–18" for accents and islands in multiples, 22" for a single light over a round table, 32" for large tables and entries.

How long can it hang?

Pablo drawings show an overall drop of up to 106" (270 cm), and the fabric cord is field-cuttable.

What does "warm dim" mean?

The light starts at 2700K warm white at full brightness and shifts toward a candle-like 1800K as you dim it, the way an incandescent bulb does.

Which dimmer should I use?

Pablo lists the integrated-LED Bola fixtures as compatible with TRIAC/ELV (forward and reverse phase) and 0–10V dimmers, with DALI available on request. For the smoothest low end we suggest a quality ELV dimmer.

Can the LED be replaced?

The LED is integrated rather than a screw-in bulb. It is rated for 50,000 hours (about 17 years at 8 hours a day), and Pablo covers it with a 5-year LED warranty.
