Bola Disc Colors takes Pablo's Bola Disc pendant and swaps the mirror for a matte aluminum disc. Instead of reflecting the room, the disc catches the glow of the opal glass globe and softens it, so the light feels calmer and more atmospheric. Choose a Clay, Moss, Sand, Taupe, Black or White disc in four sizes from 12" to 32", on a Matte Black, Chrome or Matte White stem and canopy. The integrated 95 CRI LED warm-dims from 2700K to 1800K.

Room fit: where it works best

• 12": bedside, powder rooms and clusters of three over an island; 390 lumens (a little under a 40 W bulb).
• 18": kitchen islands in pairs and small dining tables; also 390 lumens, so treat it as a decorative layer.
• 22": a single light over a round table; 1,100 lumens (like a 75 W bulb).
• 32": large dining tables, entries and double-height spaces; 1,710 lumens (like a 100 W bulb).
• Hanging height: about 30–36" above a tabletop, or at least 7 ft above walkways.

Who this is not for

• Not for outdoor or wet locations: Pablo does not list a damp or wet rating.
• If you want the floating, mirror-like look, choose the classic Bola Disc with a polished disc instead.
• The 12" and 18" sizes are accent lights at 390 lumens; pair them with other light in a working kitchen.
• Hardwired only; plan for an electrician.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between Bola Disc Colors and the classic Bola Disc?

The classic Bola Disc uses a mirror-polished disc that reflects the room. Bola Disc Colors uses a matte-finished aluminum disc in Clay, Moss, Sand, Taupe, Black or White, which softens the light and adds color instead of reflection.

Which disc size should I choose?

As a rule of thumb: 12"–18" for accents and islands in multiples, 22" over a round table, and 32" for large tables and entries.

Can I pair any disc color with any stem finish?

Yes. Every disc color is offered with a Matte Black, Chrome or Matte White stem and canopy.

What does warm dim mean?

The light starts at 2700K warm white and shifts toward a candle-like 1800K as you dim it, the way an incandescent bulb does.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, fully dimmable. It is hardwired, so your electrician connects it to a compatible dimmer.

How long is the cord?

8.9 ft (2.7 m) of fabric cord that can be cut to length on site.
