For homes and commercial spaces alike, the Nora NIR-4RG gives clean recessed ceiling light with nothing hanging down.

Typical spots: kitchens, living rooms, hallways, bathrooms, offices and retail ceilings. Because the fixture sits flush or out of sight, it works in Modern, Transitional and Scandinavian rooms alike; the finish you pick decides how much it shows.

Where it works

  • Residential remodels and new builds, plus offices, shops and hospitality spaces.
  • Mixed-use spaces where you want warmer light in living areas and cooler light in work areas: 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, 5000K, Comfort Dim (3100K-2000K) are offered.

Planning tip

A retrofit replaces an old bulb-and-trim in an existing can, so there is no ceiling work. Measure the opening of the can before ordering. (our advice)

Frequently asked questions

Which rooms is the Nora NIR-4RG best for?

It is a good fit for kitchens, living rooms, hallways, bathrooms, offices and retail ceilings.

Can I use it in a commercial space?

Yes. Nora builds it for professional installs. Check local code with your electrician.

Which color temperature should I pick for my space?

For bedrooms and living rooms, 2700K–3000K feels warm and relaxed. Kitchens and baths often use 3000K–3500K. Offices, garages and retail tend to use 4000K–5000K for a crisp, alert feel. (our advice)

Each choice on this page matches a Nora item number (29 in total). Match the number on your plans or old fixture, or send it to us and we will confirm it.

How soon will it ship?

Options with stock on hand usually leave the warehouse in 2–3 business days. If Nora is restocking an option, you can still order it; it ships once Nora has it again. Orders over $100 ship free.
