Facet 100 is the grand version of Tom Kirk’s chandelier: 40" across, 12.75" tall and 37.4 lb, with twenty-four G9 lamps inside a ring of etched and folded metal strips in polished bronze or brass. It is designed for large dining rooms, double-height halls and hospitality spaces, and can be layered with a Facet 60.

About the designer

Tom Kirk is a British lighting designer known for sculptural, reflective metalwork. Facet is his best-known collaboration with Innermost: a light built from hundreds of etched and folded strips of stainless steel.

Why we carry it

We have been curating design-led lighting since 2009, and Facet 100 is a once-in-a-project piece, and with Innermost closed these are among the last. Innermost was founded in London in 1999 by designers Steve Jones and Russell Cameron, who started out in an old lighting factory in Wembley and went on to work with designers from around the world who had made London their home. Its pieces hang in hotels, restaurants and shops from London to Dubai. Innermost has since closed, so what we have is the remaining new stock; once a finish sells out we cannot reorder it.

Buy once: durability and care

Dust with a soft, dry microfiber cloth; for fingerprints use a barely damp cloth and dry it straight away. Never use abrasive pads, polish or solvent cleaners on the finish (our advice). Have a licensed electrician install hardwired fixtures.
