Voto LED Edge-Lit Dome Pendant, Clear or Smoke Glass, Brass or Gunmetal, 12 in, by ET2

The ET2 Voto LED Edge-Lit Pendant puts two glass domes in a metal frame: Clear glass with Natural Aged Brass, or Smoke glass with Gunmetal, 12 in across and 8.5 in tall. It gives 1350 lumens of 3000K light at 90 CRI, split between up and down, for a bedside, a small table or a stair landing.

The LED panels sit at the edge of each dome, so you see a thin line of light and the open space between the glass. A frame covers the hardware. The 5 in canopy keeps the ceiling clean, and the 120 in cord sets an overall height from 17.25 to 53 in. At 8.44 lb it hangs from a standard braced box. The brass and clear glass warm Transitional and Mid-Century rooms, while Gunmetal with smoke glass suits darker Industrial schemes.

Where it works best

Use a pair beside a bed, a trio over a counter or one over a small round table. Hotels and boutiques can hang several at staggered heights to make a lobby display. Echo the brass in picture frames, lamp bases or hardware. Hang at different heights so the brass frames line up as a loose composition rather than a flat row.

Who this is not for

Dry rooms are the only match for its rating. The dimming type is not listed for this fixture, so check with an electrician before adding a dimmer. At 1350 lumens, a single fixture does not light a large table, and the integrated LED panels cannot be swapped.

Why we carry ET2

Voto in Natural Aged Brass with clear glass fits where a dark finish would feel heavy; Gunmetal with smoke glass gives a moodier look. The up and down light helps low ceilings.

Care and installation

Wipe the glass with damp microfiber and the frame with a dry soft cloth, power off. A qualified electrician should handle installation, per ET2. Assembly sheet: E24662 (PDF).

Frequently asked questions

How wide is the Voto?

It is 12 in across and 8.5 in tall. This suits small tables and nightstand pairs and is not meant to cover a long table alone.

How low can it hang?

The overall height runs from 17.25 to 53 in. Beside a bed, set the bottom about 20 to 24 in above the nightstand, or 30 to 36 in over a table.

Does it light the ceiling?

Yes. The glass domes send light both upward and downward, so the ceiling receives some of the output and the room feels less closed in.

Can I dim it?

The data does not list a dimming type. Confirm the driver with your electrician before choosing a dimmer for the 12 watt load.

How does it differ from the Gunmetal version?

This version has Clear glass and a Natural Aged Brass frame, while the Gunmetal version has Smoke glass. Choose by the finish of your hardware.

Is it suitable for a bathroom?

No. This pendant is rated for dry locations, so use it in bedrooms, halls, dining areas and boutiques rather than baths or covered patios.
