Rampart LED Rectilinear Aluminum Outdoor Wall Light, 5.5 to 30 in, Black, by ET2

The ET2 Rampart is a Black rectilinear aluminum outdoor wall light in five sizes, from 5.5 by 5.5 in to 3.5 by 30 in. It is wet-location rated, ADA compliant and gives 3000K light at 90 CRI, with sizes for door sides, patios and tall walls.

Each size frames a square LED module inside crisp aluminum edges, throwing light both upward and downward to draw a pattern on the facade. A matching Rampart pendant and post light let you carry the look from the front door out to the drive. Brightness scales with the fixture: the 5.5 in square gives 400 lumens at 5W; the 5.5 x 11.75 in and 6.25 x 14 in give 600 lumens; the 8 x 22 in gives 1060 lumens at 15W; and the 3.5 x 30 in gives 1000 lumens at 15W. Depth off the wall is 2.5 or 3.5 in. The matte Black reads well on Modern and Industrial exteriors.

Which size for which room

• 5.5 x 5.5 in: 400 lumens at 5W with a 2.5 in projection. It suits small doors, gate posts and narrow walls beside a garage.
• 5.5 x 11.75 in: 600 lumens at 6W with a 2.5 in projection. It suits the sides of a door or a short patio wall.
• 6.25 x 14 in: 600 lumens at 6W with a 2.5 in projection. It suits an entry wall that needs a little more scale than the smaller sizes.
• 8 x 22 in: 1060 lumens at 15W with a 3.5 in projection. It suits a main entry, a tall facade or a commercial door.
• 3.5 x 30 in: 1000 lumens at 15W with a 3.5 in projection. It suits a tall, narrow wall beside a door or a stair.

Where it works best

Pair the small sizes beside secondary doors, and use the 22 or 30 in sizes at the main entry. The up and down light picks out a pattern on stucco, brick and board-formed concrete. If you use the pendant or post mount from the range, repeat the Black finish across the exterior so everything reads as one scheme.

Who this is not for

Rampart is a decorative up and down sconce, so it does not throw a strong beam to the ground. Add a downlight at steps and locks if you need direct light. Its LED is integrated and not replaceable, and dimming is Triac CL on some versions, so check the exact item. It comes in Black only.

Why we carry ET2

We stock Rampart because one design spans five wall sizes plus a pendant and post mount, so the whole exterior can match. The ADA profile and wet rating also make it practical for commercial doors.
