Quartz Crystal Stalactite Wall Sconce, 14.5 in, Black or Chrome, Dimmable LED, by ET2

The ET2 Quartz is an LED wall sconce with clear beveled crystal stalactites hanging from a Black or Polished Chrome support, 14.5 in tall and 4.75 in wide. It gives 480 lumens at 3000K and 90+ CRI, dims, and is rated for damp locations.

Light from dimmable LED modules passes through the facets, so the crystal glints and throws patterns on the wall. The stainless steel and crystal build weighs 5.68 lb, projects 5 in, and has a 6 in lead. The maker says the crystals can be hung at various heights to create an array. Black gives a graphic frame in Modern and Industrial rooms, and Polished Chrome suits Contemporary baths and dressing areas.

Where it works best

Use it in a powder room, a dressing area, a bedroom or an entry where sparkle is wanted. A pair beside a mirror is a classic setup. Add ceiling light for task brightness. In a dressing area, one on each side of a mirror lets the facets throw soft patterns on the wall. Keep the nearby finishes simple so the crystals stay the focus.

Who this is not for

Output is 480 lumens, so it is accent light. LEDs are integrated, so the sconce cannot be relamped. It is not ADA compliant, and the damp rating does not cover direct rain.

Why we carry ET2

Quartz gives real crystal sparkle with efficient LED and a damp rating. It is easy to place in bath and bedroom schemes.

Care and installation

Dust the crystal gently with a dry soft cloth and polish with a damp microfiber cloth. ET2 recommends a qualified electrician make the connection. Assembly sheet: E31240 (PDF).

Frequently asked questions

Can I adjust the crystal heights?

The maker says the crystals can be hung at various heights to create an array. Set the arrangement before you finish mounting the sconce.

How bright is it?

It gives 480 lumens at 3000K with a 90+ CRI from 6W. That is accent light, so pair it with ceiling light for tasks.

Does it dim?

It dims through a Triac CL dimmer at 120V. The maker notes 90 CRI dimmable modules, so test the low end before closing the wall.

Can I use it in a bathroom?

Yes, the damp rating suits a ventilated bath. Mount it beside the mirror, away from shower spray, so the crystal stays clean.

How far does it project?

It projects 5 in from the wall, and the fixture is 14.5 in tall and 4.75 in wide. Leave clearance beside doors.

How heavy is it?

It weighs 5.68 lb, so have your installer confirm the box and wall support for that weight. The backplate is 4.75 in square with a 6 in lead.
