The maker moved the light source out of the middle of the old design and into an LED module housed in the chrome cap, so the globes stay clear and show their bubbles. The glass screws into the cap with no visible screws, which keeps the profile clean. The sconce projects 6.5 in from a 4.25 in backplate and measures 6 in in both directions, small enough to flank a mirror or tuck beside a door.
