Who this is not for

Cilandro is rated Dry, so keep it out of showers, steam and covered outdoor spaces. The LED boards are part of the fixture, so there is no bulb to replace. At 672 lumens each it is a modest source, and over a dining table you will want several or a larger fixture to supply enough light.

How many Cilandro pendants do I need over a counter?

For a counter about 6 ft long, three or four fixtures spaced 14 to 18 in apart look balanced. Use matching heights for a formal line, or stagger slightly for a relaxed look.

How high should it hang?

Aim for 30 to 36 in above the counter surface to the bottom of the glass. Overall height runs from 24 to 134 in, so the drop is easy to trim to your ceiling and your stools.

Can I dim the Cilandro?

It dims on Triac CL dimmers, and the driver is commercial grade. Choose a dimmer rated for low wattage LED loads and test the low end.

Is it bright enough for a kitchen?

One Cilandro gives 672 lumens, which suits task light over a small counter. For larger areas, add more fixtures or recessed lights.

Can it hang on a sloped ceiling?

The record gives a 120 degree slope allowance for this canopy. Confirm the fit with your electrician before you buy, and trim the cord so the cylinder hangs plumb.
