Add a soft white stone game to the coffee table that works as decor when nobody is playing.
Sambucus in white is a compact tic tac toe set carved in soft white marble, with a square board and round and X-marked pieces. Leave it on a coffee table, a hotel suite console or a waiting-room shelf as a game and a styled accent.
The 6 inch square board fits easily on a small tray or a bookshelf. The pale stone with fine veining reads Scandinavian and Contemporary, and it pairs with the gray Sambucus set for a two-tone game arrangement. Its pale surface shows off the carved markers, and it looks clean beside darker bar tools or wood trays.

Planning notes
Place it on a wood tray for warmth or a glass tray for a clean look. Keep it clear of mugs so the pieces are easy to move.
White marble goes with oak, brass and navy accents. Place it beside the gray Sambucus set for a contrast pair. If your table is white, set the board on a wood tray or a dark book so the pieces stand out. For hospitality, keep a spare set in a lounge so guests can start a game while they wait.
Who this is not for
- Not for outdoor use: we recommend it for indoor rooms.
- Not for young children: small pieces can be a choking hazard.
- Not for rough use: stone can chip if dropped.
Care
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry. Avoid acidic cleaners and abrasive pads. Wipe up drink rings quickly, since marble can mark if left wet.
