Melilot Clear Acrylic Chain Link Decor Object

An oversized clear acrylic chain that you can drape over books or coil on a table for a light, modern accent.

A decorative chain made of oversized clear acrylic links, meant to be arranged: coiled on a coffee table, draped over a stack of books or laid along a console. The links catch light but do not hide what is under them.

At 19.75 in long it covers a good part of a shelf. It works in a modern living room, a boutique window or an office where you want a bit of play. It suits both residential and hospitality settings.

Where to use it

• Bookshelf: Drape the chain over a stack of books for a clear, light-looking break in a row of spines.
• Coffee table: A sculptural accent that fills a styled corner of the table.
• Console or sideboard: Gives a long surface a point of interest without a lamp or vase.
• Bookshelf: Breaks up rows of books with a shape and a finish.

Planning notes

Arrange the chain loosely rather than straight, so the links catch light at different angles. It reads best on a dark surface or a plain notebook, where the clear acrylic stands out.

Give the chain room: a clear patch of table or shelf lets the shape read from several angles. The clear acrylic link design works with both light and dark surfaces. Set the object on a small plinth or a stack of books if you want it to read at eye level. Keep similar objects together, but give each its own space on the shelf so the shapes do not blur.

Who this is not for

• Not for outdoor use: we recommend it for indoor rooms.
• Not a toy or a functional tool: it is decorative.
• Not for heavy loads.

Care

Dust with a soft dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners and keep away from damp areas.
