Planning notes

Beige travertine pairs with cream, black and warm wood. Place bottles on one side and glasses on the other to make use of the length.

Travertine is heavy, so test the surface strength before loading, and carry the tray by both handles. To use it as a bar tray, group bottles toward the back and glasses at the front so the handles stay free. On a coffee table, one tray holds a candle, a bowl and a book without making the table look cluttered. Lift it by both handles with two hands.
